The weekly program
1. Running:
Mondays and Fridays, 05.30 pm (each time 3 value points).
For beginners on a flat course in the wood (Trimmpfad), directly opposite the campsite (4 km). For advanced runners around the lake (10km).
2. Cycling:
Wednesdays 11.00 am (4 value points).
Cycling in the group, about 25 km, family-friendly tours. Duration 2 hours, with short breaks
3. Swimming:
Saturdays, 11.00 am (2 value points).
Swimming in the group starting from the beach of our campsite to the Faaker See island, adequately accompanied by boat (length 2 times 333 m)
Whoever collects 10 value points within the holiday, receives an Anderwald Fitness certificate and a surprise gift.
