Our campsite is located in a naturally grown forest - directly on the beautiful Faaker See. The individual pitches for your tents and co. are formed by trees, bushes and plants and all have their own characteristics, size and shape. You are free to stand in the light of the forest - without strict parcelling, without pitch numbers - but with lots of shady trees and space for your hammock.<\/p>

Travelers have been camping in our family's riverside forest for 70 years. When all the pitches were occupied in the early years and new guests arrived, they cleared a piece of the thicket and created a cozy pitch - and thus our campsite.\nIt's still a bit like that today - after your arrival, we'll take you on a search for a place in the riverside forest - just like the pioneers did 60 years ago.\n<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

You are welcome to make a reservation with us. However, we do not assign a specific seat with a reservation, as there are no fixed seats. On arrival, we will show you several options from which you can choose your favorite. Our reservation system is very flexible, has been successful for many years and is popular with our guests.<\/h6>
A deposit is not necessary, you can also spend your holiday with us as long as you like, you do not have to stick to a fixed departure date. If you leave earlier than planned, you only pay for the time you actually stayed with us.
This flexibility is generally very much appreciated, but it can also mean that someone who has just arrived (apart from our guests with a tent, of course) may have to wait a night for their preferred pitch or have to move once.<\/h6>

That's who we are and that's how we want to stay, because for us camping also means \"freedom and spontaneity\", without being imprisoned by fixed dates or no longer recognizing the lust for life and nature because
you lose sight of what is really important in a \"forest\" of prohibition signs.
